Extreme Hardship Waivers (I-601 / I-601A)

Assessing the psychological factors and mental health impact associated with potential family relocation or separation.

Asylum & Convention Against Torture

Conducting clinical assessments to document psychological symptoms, trauma history, and mental health conditions relevant to asylum applications.

VAWA, U-Visa, & T-Visa Cases

Specialized assessments for survivors of domestic violence, crime, or human trafficking, documenting the emotional and mental impact of trauma.

The Evaluation Process

What to Expect Step-by-Step

  • Step 1: Free 15-Minute Consultation – We discuss your case requirements, timeline, and schedule your evaluation sessions.

  • Step 2: Clinical Interviews & Testing – Two virtual clinical interviews covering personal history, trauma assessment, and standardized psychological testing.

  • Step 3: Independent Assessment & Report Delivery – A detailed 10–15 page report is drafted, reviewed, and securely delivered directly to you and your legal counsel within 2–3 weeks (rush options available).

Investment & Fees

  • Standard Evaluation Package: $1,200 - $1,500

    Includes the initial legal intake, two 60-minute virtual clinical interview sessions, standardized psychological assessment scoring, and the completion of a thorough, 10–15 page objective evaluation report delivered directly to you and your legal counsel.

  • Payment Terms: To keep services accessible, fees are divided into two equal payments: 50% due upon scheduling to reserve your assessment sessions, and the remaining 50% due prior to final report delivery.

  • Expedited / Rush Services: Standard report delivery is 2 weeks following your final interview session. Expedited timelines (under 10 business days) are available upon request for an additional $300 rush fee.
